Dear Trevor,I thought I'd drop you a formal line to express my sincere heartfelt thanks to you & Esta for the magnificent job you carried out this week on the car. It is no exaggeration to say that without your intervention, beyond all call of duty, given the quite uniquely horrendous nature of the task, I might as well have taken ten thousand pounds & torn them up. There can't be many car repair tasks that lead one outfit after another flatly decline to carry out the work, or alternatively quote so high that they are saying as much, but this was one of them. Your wonderfully magnanimous willingness to take to take it on, probably perceiving my considerable anguish at the eventuality outlined above becoming a distinct reality, will I trust bring you and TEC Automotive Ltd a vast amount of good fortune in the future;such actions usually do. All further matters concerning this vehicle, and any purchased in the future, I'll be working with you solely on, and it goes without saying. And of course, recommendations will abound wherever and whenever possible. Really, I can't ever thank you and Esta enough for what you've done there, really probably more out of Christian charity than anything else when I relate the final figure on that invoice to the sheer awfulness of the tasks that lie behind it. Dear Trevor It has now been over a week & I have driven in excess of 1000 miles since you returned my car. I am delighted to say it is running absolutely fine with no hint of any random misfire whatsoever. Your diagnosis in this respect was spot-on & you have succeeded when both my regular garages & Mercedes-Benz had failed. I have been particular impressed by your attention to cause & effect followed by repair rather than just bolting on new parts & hoping for the best which was all I received previously until I was directed to you.
